About Butler Bay Beach

Butler Bay Beach is the one of the best place in little andaman.It famous for its surfing spots in India. The end of the beach to left side is the break point of the surf.Only good swimmers can swim because of the huge waves.Snorkelling can be done during the low tides.For sunbathing this beach is not good due lot of sand flies.This beach attracts a lot of surfing enthusiasts due to its steady waters.Butler Bay Beach is near to White Surf.For accommodation huts are available to stay in the night.The activities like forest trekking, Elephant rides and boating are done here.This place is covered with the coconut trees and dense tropical forests.Sand is so soft.Due to 2004 tsunami the coral reefs have been destroyed but now they were making a slow revival.The rich culture of wildlife, marine life and flora and fauna is the predominant items of economic and tourist development of the island.
